Do you want to learn how to walk (on your heels) with confidence, how to move in a beautiful seductive way and how to enjoy that naughty, playful side of yourself?
Embracing my sensual self has given me so much joy, energy and self-acceptance. And because I want you to experience that too, I have created this bootcamp to share with you what I’ve learnt on this journey so far.
I will explain techniques, do movement exercises and teach you a choreography… but the essence of this bootcamp lies in the feeling, the enjoyment and the connection with the music. If this resonates with you, come through and let’s have some fun together!

P.S.: If you don’t feel comfortable wearing heels but you would love to take part in this bootcamp, don’t worry. Some sections of the bootcamp will be dedicated to me explaining techniques on how to move in heels, but you are welcome in flat shoes/ barefoot as well.
